We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Expert to drive our growth and expand our market presence through strategic market adoption. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on recruiting integrators and resellers, discovering strategic customers, and establishing strategic relationships with vertical vendors to embed our RTLS solution within their equipment. This role requires a good grasp of technology, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in business development, specifically driving market adoption.
Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing
● Drive market adoption of Deeyook's RTLS solution by identifying and recruiting key integrators and resellers to expand our distribution network.
● Identify, pursue, and secure strategic relationships with vertical vendors to integrate Deeyook's RTLS technology into their product offerings.
● Discover and engage with strategic customers to showcase the value of Deeyook’s solutions in large-scale deployments.
● Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas, with a focus on RTLS adoption and market needs.
● Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to integrators, resellers, vertical vendors, and strategic customers.
● Negotiate and close complex sales deals and partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technology, ensure successful partner and customer onboarding.
● Represent Deeyook at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions, recruit partners, and build brand awareness.
Requirements: What You’ll Bring to the Job
● Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the technology industry.
● Proven track record of successfully driving market adoption through channel development and strategic partnerships.
● Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle, channel sales, and experience with solution selling in a B2B context.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong relationship and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Ability to travel as required, up to 20%.
